Insta360 has updated Insta360 Studio for One X, adding the much-awaited Freecapture capability of the previous generation of Insta360 Studio.

The new version of Insta360 Studio is made not just for Insta360 One X (reviewed here) but also other Insta360 consumer cameras, such as the One, Nano S, Nano, and Air.  Here is a tutorial for overcapture videos.
