Well the doorway/portal at every transition is the shape of the One X line.
Lets Hope a 360 camera to also film underwater without the nadir in the picture
check the shadows at 0:08, and the camera attached to car window (on passenger side) at 0:14, looks like a more squared version of the X line
Shadow at 0:08 look like the OneX2 format, the camera attached to the car at 0:14 isn’t the one recording… however both seem to suggest an upgrade to the X2… maybe replaceable lenses which would be better for action uses… or maybe built-in GPS which would be useful for action filming rather than relying on the gps from phone/watch/remote which isn’t that reliable… something the Garmin Virb had many years ago! A more robust version of the X2.
and with each release I hope for a 3D cam, only to be deflated

Exactly! We are hoping for a consumer VR180 camera like Insta360 EVO 2, advanced by 3 years with touchscreen, AI noise control, >6K resolution and larger sensors etc.; luckily, Canon boarded that area with the RF 5.2mm lens even though at a more expensive price.

There are leaks online showing the form factor and larger screen size. I really hope the tag line means that we are finally getting 60fps at 5.7k!
One X 3 : bigger screen, same 5.7k max video resolution, better photos, waterproof 10m.

Funny that the article says 76megs still photos when the One RS 360 Edition does 21 megs still photo. I wonder if a typo?

I cant believe they would release an £800 camera, the RS 1 inch, with 21megapixel photos, and then 2 months later release a camera at half the price with 72 megapixels. I feel cheated.
