Insta360 teased a new camera coming on May 24.  Here’s my analysis of what the new camera is.  UPDATE: nope, I’m wrong — it’s Insta360 Sphere, a drone camera for Air 2 / 2S, not FPV.

  • At this point I could care less what Insta360 does as they have written off 180° 3D. Screw them.

    • That’s true. And in fact, One R and One X2 video quality is about the same as that of the One X. So it’s been a very long time since we saw any leap in video quality. Hopefully we do see a substantial improvement in the future.
