DEAL ALERT: Insta360 One R / RS Dive Case — 70% Discount!

The dive case and vertical battery for the Insta360 One R (reviewed here) or Insta360 One RS (reviewed here) are both on sale at an incredible 70% off!  No that’s not a typo.  It’s really a seventy percent discount!  But it’s a bit tricky to find the deals.  Here’s how to find them.

Insta360 One R and its successor, Insta360 One RS, are the most versatile 360 cameras on the market.  Besides being able to shoot 360 photos and videos, they can be converted into a GoPro-like action camera, or even an invisible 360 drone.  They can also be converted into an underwater camera.

Although One R and One RS are waterproof up to 10 meters, refraction underwater will cause the image to be a bit blurry compared to shooting above water.  Moreover, refraction will make stitching the 360 photos and videos impossible.  Using Insta360‘s Dive Case enables you to take your Insta360 One R or One RS underwater up to 30 meters, with clear photos and videos, either in 360 or non-360.

To use the dive case, the One R or One Rs has to be used vertically, which means that you’ll also need to use a vertical battery.  (Incidentally, the vertical battery can also be used for the “Mad Max Mod” to prevent overheating.)
