To create virtual real estate tours, my current choice for a future purchase is the Ricoh Theta X or Xphase scan 360vr 16k. Can you recommend something else? Or you can advise me how to choose between them.
More importantly, we want to photograph stationary apartments. But on the street, people usually walk in the courtyards and cars drive.
And Trisio, for example, makes ghosts in this case.
Won’t there be the same problem with Xphase Scan?

We are looking for a camera for high-quality detailed shooting of real estate objects – inside and outside. With minimal requirements for the photographer’s skills.
You don’t have to limit to a budget of $500.
We tried Trisio Light 2 and Xiaomi Panoramic Sphere.

For Trisio Light 2, it is a very blurred image, lacking detail and sharpness. Perhaps we have not updated the firmware? How can I check it?
For Xiaomi, there is good clarity, but there is no HDR, real colors are poorly transmitted in the sun.
We choose which camera to try next. Please help me.
Despite the fact that the user does not need to have the skills to set up the camera and edit images, we can do self-processing for the user on the server. If the user can upload an image from the camera to his smartphone gallery and send it to our server. Then, probably, we can do postprocessing in python?

Re ghosting, to me it is not a big issue for virtual tours (there is usually no movement). XPhase has anti-ghosting algorithm although you can still some ghosting sometimes.
Re XPhase Scan, yes the auto mode looked a bit dark but they sent me a new firmware that should fix this issue. I’ll test it and post new samples.

In reply to Jh. Hi Jh. It would be interesting to see if Insta360 will be more serious about photography, but I think right now they are more focused on video. For what it's worth, if we get the Raw HDR 9-shot like the X3, then we should get better image quality.
