I’ve been testing this to do blue line connected street view at my local ski hill. I’m reading the google street view tips and they say for biking speed (which is about my skiing speed) the camera should be set at 5 fps: https://support.google.com/maps/answer/7662671?hl=en&ref_topic=6275604

I’m hunting in the Theta V settings and can’t see anywhere to change the frames per second settings from 29.97 fps? Does the Theta V have this capability???

Another consideration is the Theta V is enabled to capture video frames in streetview app, plus the 360 spatial audio.

hi Mic, does the camera could use MicroSD card ? or does the memory size is limited to the Storage 19 GB internal (around 40 mins. of 4K video, or 4800 photos)

Hi,

I have just shot a 3 minute video on the Theta V. Using the file converter for windows my pic quality is rubbish.

i am using a win 7 professional sp1.

Any advice on whats going wrong?

In reply to John Chu. Hi John. For me, the app stitching is smoother than the in-cam stitching. But the in-cam stitching is nice if you are in a hurry. And i think that the in-cam stitched video can be re-stitched, which is a unique feature.

I finally experimented with the Ricoh Theta V in camera stitching feature. Is it too good to be true? Are they any downsides to having it stitched in camera versus on the desktop? Battery life? Speed in taking subsequent videos in a row?
