Hi! I have a 2 acre land and I would like to use quest 3 to play native quest 3 games and pcvr games wireless via steam link. Like you mentioned, there is the boundary setup limitation of the quest 3. How can we bypass that so that we can play in an almost infinity play area, but at the same time with some sort of boundary warning and objects warning that we might encounter while moving around the land/big play area?

In reply to Dee. Hi Dee. I guess the settings may have changed. Don't worry about the Developer setting. Just set it to roomscale. Then activate passthrough.

You state “The Quest 3 itself appears to have unlimited range. If you go to the Developer menu and disable the guardian, you can keep walking beyond the boundary. Thankfully, with color passthrough you can clearly see your surroundings.”
But when I disable Boundary in System | Developer, it also disables passthrough.
How do I reenable it without also enabling Boundary?

Wait, so how to you disable Guardian? You say in the developer menu but I can’t find that. I did manage to turn on developer mode in the app

This would be awesome for Space Pirate Trainer’s arena mode. I just wish the developers would have come through on their promise to make the arena procedurally generated based on your play area. Been wanting to try it out in a racquetball court.
