Thanks Michael. I too was quite optimistic. But that stitching is way too poor. I am hoping someone suggests a fix but if not, I’ll be sending it back this Friday I think. It seems that that they have released a cam that has too many problems.

The SD card I used was the one that came with the kit I ordered it included SD card, two batteries, selfie stick, lens covers( that actually worked well), and a 64 GB SD card, I actually didn’t take a picture of it but I believe it was a SanDisk, 688x. I use their SD card so any failures was theirs. When I tested the video doing Google Street View tours, the video was better than the X3 that I use regularly. So I was very disappointed when the photo interval failed so badly, and now I’ll have to go back and reshoot that tour. I’ve done hundreds of Tours in the Chicago area mostly, and around the country usually at national parks here and there. So I need a very dependable camera.

I’m sorry to hear that. What Micro SD card were you using?

I did a photo interval tour and 120 jpegs failed out of 430 total jpegs. I have since returned the camera to Amazon.

I had the same problem. The mind boggles at how Kandao release new products and have not even properly prepared their support/documentation/download links. My Qoocam has awful stitching at all distances but no instructions on how to resolve the issue. No proper explanation of the calibration tool although mine will not even run correctly. It keeps telling there is an error and I need to change the scene. It happens with all the scenes I throw at it. I write to support and they tell me they are on holiday for a week. Something strange happening at Kandao.

I see very little explanation of the accessories in the different bundles. Is there any way to mount this to a helmet? I would be after more of a strap arrangement, as I’m looking to mount to an equestrian helmet that isn’t smooth (velvet).
