Hi Mic have you used the spike ? as I know other models shows an adapter, however my version came with the same of what you shared.

Thanks Wilson! Monoshot is not invisible. tbh, the Benro is very small, so you could simply use the Monoshot or a light stand for static shots, and then use the Benro MK10 for handheld shots (or tabletop shots).

Hey Mic, love the site, lots of awesome info. Just after some advice, I’m looking for the best tripod selfie stick combo for my Mi Sphere. The tripod aspect is more important to me. I read your reviews for the Monoshot and the Benro MK10. I’m after a taller one so maybe the Monoshot is the way too go, but the MK10 seems a lot more portable. Are there any newer monoshot alternatives out there that you liked? Is the Monoshot invisible (for the most part) like that Benro could be the Mi Sphere? Thanks in advance!

Hello Sandy. Same thing happened to me. I didn't receive any confirmation whatsoever that I have placed an order. I e-mailed their customer support but didn't receive any replies either. So I e-mailed Zach thru zach@monoshot.co and he confirmed that the Monoshot I ordered was indeed on it's way and gave me the tracking number. He replied the day after I emailed him.
You might have misspelled his email address that's why it bounced back. I'm curious to know the contents of the package you will be getting 'coz what i got is a tad different from the one they post at their website (one being the stick is 5 inches shorter then advertised). Could you kindly give us a feedback when you receive yours?

In reply to Sandy Rie. Hi Sandy. I'm sorry to hear that. To the best of my knowledge it is not a scam. I ordered a monopod and got it. Did your credit card get charged? If yes then contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. If it didn't get charged you can try ordering again.

Re responding to your email I seem to recall that it took them a long time to respond to my email as well.

I ordered the monoshot from the website and paid fir the product a week ago but did not receive any confirmation email. I tried sending an email to the founder Zach@monoshot.co but the email bounced. Is the website a scam? Any help would be appreciated.

I ordered this and found the length of the fully extended stick to be shorter than what it claims, almost the same length as yours – 5'5". Mine didn't come with the metal spike but I'm not sure if my courier removed it from the box or not. The remote came with a stick attachment; the bag came with a drawstring that doubles as shoulder sling and is made of some "school bag" fabric rather than nylon.
