Hey there TJ. I recommend 3EV or 2EV interval. 4EV is too much — there will be too much noise from pushing the image.

Hi Tim. Yes Insta360 Pro has HDR in the desktop stitching software. You can use this same technique with the Insta360 Pro even though in this example, I was using the One X.
